What if money is not an issue and you can buy anything you want in this world, what would you buy?
Would you buy a home?
Would you buy some accessories and shoes?
Would you buy an island?
Would you buy a brand-new car?
Can you imagine you cannot smile or show facial expression for the rest of your life?
There is a little boy named Preston Tassi who was born with Moebius Syndrome.
“Moebius Syndrome, first described in 1888, is an extremely rare congenital neurological disorder which is characterized by facial paralysis and the inability to move the eyes from side-to-side.
Most people with the condition have normal intelligence, but they are born with complete facial paralysis and cannot close their eyes or form facial expressions.”
His parents want to see his smile so badly. They are sad to know that their son goes through the entire life without a mile. Without a single picture of him smiling. Plus, they want him to experience what it feels like to smile.
The boy needs to undergo a re-animation (“smile”) surgery. That would get him to smile slightly. He will never have a natural 100% smile like many of us have.
His parents need to raise $100,000 for his surgery, so he could smile for the first time in his life!
Many simple things that we are born with we’re taking for granted as simple as miles capability.
Smile when we are happy. Frown when we are sad.
So take a good look at yourself in the mirror. There are so many parts of you that are perfectly healthy and functional. Other people in the world who are born lacking them, they would love to have what you have.
Your smile!
Be proud of your smile. Show your smile often.
Smile because you know in the end, you’ll win whatever battle you are fighting to overcome.
Smile because you are reading this.
Because when you smile, you make those around you happy.
Do you know that when you smile, you look cuter and more attractive? Perhaps you like prettier or handsome better than cute.
