No, he is NOT the singer, Bryan Adams, who sang the song “Everything I Do, I Do It For You”!

The song and melody this Brian Adams sings in this video is more about “Everything You Do, You do it for YOU”!

Don’t want to mess around with this guy. If you don’t want to get hurt that is. Brian has 7th Degree Black Belt. He has been teaching martial arts for 28 years.

He said, “I realized that it’s not enough to teach people to defend themselves physically. I found it more important to teach people the benefits of mental self-defense.

You must develop the mindset necessary to overcome obstacles, welcome change, and experience extraordinary levels of professional and personal success.
It’s not enough to be motivated; you have to be motivated to act!”

In this video, you’ll learn the number one thing to overcome your challenge and succeed in life: ACTION.

Watch the video and hear him sing in own voice…

Brian: So the biggest thing I always tell and share with people is wherever you are in life right now. At one time in history you made an appointment to be there. Meaning, whatever you are going through, wherever you at, good or bad. Most people always go to the negative.

But they are there because they chose to be there. The action they did yesterday, last week, and last year, 10 years ago, 15 years ago. They planted the seeds. They ended up where they are right now.
So in order to change your situation where you are right now, the only thing you can change is action.

You can’t sit around and meditate and pray and hope it gets better. No!

The only thing it’s going to make difference is change, taking the action to change.
You can zoom in . Archimedes said, “Give me a lever long enough and in a fulcrum on which to place it, and I should move the world.”

So if you see this diagram that I drew. In that circle, I want you to ride it. Whatever your it is. A dream, a gold, a job, a business you wanted to start, relationship you want to have. Whatever it is, it’s there!

This triangle represents the knowledge. Because whatever you want to achieve, you can find it on the internet. You can find it at the library. You can find people who already done it. The knowledge is never the problem! You always find the knowledge to achieve whatever it is that you want to do.

The problem and that being the fulcrum. You need something to look it up. The longer I can make this fulcrum, the easier it is to lift up weight. I don’t care if it’s 50 pounds or 500 pounds.

This fulcrum is your WHY. Because until you have a big enough WHY, you’ll never take actions.

The more WHYs you have, the longer lever is. The longer, if you can make that lever enough, it will lift it by itself. You won’t need anything reasons. You don’t need to sit down write your goals. You’ll get up and you’ll just take actions because you have enough big reasons.

If the house is sitting on fire, you don’t sit there analyze it and figure out how to get out, and take this window or that window locked. No, you get out!

It doesn’t matter. You get up and you move. You take action.

You’ve got to have a big enough reason. And those are only inside of you.

Neary: Could you please tell who you are and what you do briefly?

Brian: Laughing…Anyway, you already know who I am. Anyway, this has been the motivation minute by Bryan Adams.

Neary: Thank you very much Brian. This is Neary Heng
